Terms of Service

The agreement between you and Thriftly.

Last updated: 18 August 2026

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of the Thriftly browser extension, the Thriftly website and the Thriftly dashboard. By installing the extension or creating an account you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

2. What Thriftly is

Thriftly is a browser extension and web dashboard that automates repetitive selling tasks on Vinted, such as reposting listings, sending offers and answering buyer messages.

Thriftly is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Vinted. Vinted is a trademark of its respective owner.

3. Your Vinted account

Thriftly acts inside your own logged-in Vinted session, on your behalf. You remain responsible for everything done from your Vinted account, including compliance with Vinted's own terms and with applicable law.

Vinted may change its platform, its rules or its rate limits at any time. Using automation on Vinted is your decision and your risk.

4. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use Thriftly. You must give accurate registration details and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity carried out under your account.

5. Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance through our payment provider, Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel.

You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; we do not refund the remainder of a period unless the law requires it.

Each plan carries the allowances stated on the pricing page at the time you subscribe. We may change prices for future periods and will tell you before a change applies to you.

6. Acceptable use

You may not resell, sublicense or redistribute Thriftly, reverse engineer it, circumvent its plan allowances, or use it to break the law, infringe rights, or send abusive or misleading content to other people.

7. Availability

Thriftly is provided as is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and features that depend on Vinted may stop working when Vinted changes. We aim to restore or replace them but cannot promise a timeframe.

8. Termination

You may stop using Thriftly and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, if required by law, or if continuing would put the service or other users at risk.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to Thriftly is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost sales, lost profit or action taken against your Vinted account.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body or health.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always published on this page with its date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Contact

These terms are governed by German law. Questions about them go to support@thriftly.tools.
