The Wardrobe is the extension's view of your own Items on the connected Vinted profile. It is the panel Thriftly opens on, and the place Reposts and Auto-Repost Schedules and Auto Offer Rules are started from.
The Wardrobe reads Vinted through the Vinted Session in the current tab. It shows your Items only — never anyone else's — and it never changes anything on Vinted until you pick an action.
What the table shows
Each row is one Item. The heading above the table reads Wardrobe, followed by "Manage your wardrobe items (N items in total)".
| Column | Contents |
|---|---|
| Image | The Item's main photo |
| ID | The Vinted Item ID |
| Status | The Thriftly status badge, described below |
| Title | Links to the Item on Vinted (drafts link to the edit page) |
| Brand | The Item's brand |
| Size | The Item's size |
| Condition | The Item's condition as Vinted reports it |
| Price | The current price, in the Item's currency |
| Views | Vinted's view count |
| Favorites | Vinted's favorite count |
| Actions | The per-Item menu, described below |
Status and Condition are different things: Status is Thriftly's badge for where the Item stands, Condition is the wear description you chose when listing it.
Status, Title, Brand, Condition, Price, Views, and Favorites are sortable — click the column header to toggle the direction. Use Filter by title… above the table to narrow the rows, and View on the right to toggle columns off and on.
If you have no Items yet, the Wardrobe shows "No wardrobe items found." with "Try adding some items to your Vinted wardrobe first."
Item status badges
An Item carries exactly one badge. The tests are applied in a fixed order and the first match wins, so an Item that is both hidden and sold reads Sold.
| Order | Badge | Meaning |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Draft | Saved on Vinted but never published. Not visible to buyers. |
| 2 | Sold | The Item was closed because it sold. |
| 3 | Hidden | Published once, currently hidden from your Vinted wardrobe. |
| 4 | Processing | Vinted is still processing the Item. |
| 5 | Reserved | Reserved for a buyer. |
| — | Live | None of the above: the Item is published and visible. |
Actions on a single Item
Open the ⋯ menu at the end of a row:
- Publish — makes a hidden Item visible on Vinted again.
- Hide — removes a live Item from your public Vinted wardrobe without deleting it.
- Repost — opens the Repost dialog for this Item. Reposting is covered on the Auto-Repost page.
- Create Auto Offer Rule — opens the rule dialog, so members who favorite this Item receive an automatic offer. Covered on the Auto Offers page.
- Duplicate — creates a copy of the Item.
- View — opens the Item on Vinted.
- Edit — opens the Item's Vinted edit page.
- Delete — deletes the Item on Vinted after a confirmation. This cannot be undone.
When an action is unavailable
Publish and Hide are mutually exclusive: only one of them ever appears, and which one depends on the Item's current state. A live Item offers Hide, a hidden Item offers Publish.
Drafts show neither. A draft has never been published, so there is no live visibility to toggle — publish a draft from its Vinted edit page instead.
While Vinted has an Item under review, the menu shows In Review… and every action except View is disabled. The tooltip explains why: "This item can not be edited because it is currently being reviewed by Vinted."
Actions on several Items
Tick the checkbox on one or more rows. The filter box is replaced by a count and a Bulk Actions menu:
- Repost Selected (n) — reposts every selected Item with shared settings.
- Schedule Auto-Repost (n) — creates an Auto-Repost Schedule per selected Item, all with the same interval and preferred time. This is the only place a Schedule is created from; there is no per-Item schedule action.
- Duplicate Selected (n) — copies every selected Item.
- Delete Selected (n) — deletes every selected Item after a confirmation.
Bulk Edit (n) is listed but not available yet; its tooltip reads "Coming soon".
Schedule Auto-Repost requires a Reseller or Merchant plan. On other plans the extension explains that "Auto-Repost Schedules require a Reseller or Merchant plan." and offers View plans →. See Billing & Usage for how plans and quotas work.
When the Wardrobe cannot load
Because the Wardrobe reads Vinted through your tab's Vinted Session, it fails when that session is not usable. Thriftly names the reason and offers Retry, sometimes after a short cooldown ("Retry in Ns"):
- "Vinted is not ready in this tab. Wait for the page to finish loading and try again."
- "Vinted is temporarily blocking requests from this session. Wait a moment before trying again."
- "The wardrobe could not reach Vinted. Check your connection before trying again."
- "Vinted returned an unexpected response. The wardrobe could not be loaded."
In every case nothing was changed on Vinted. Reload the Vinted page, confirm you are still signed in to Vinted, and open the panel again.
